I highly recommend Kauai Flooring & Interiors, specifically Bill for his customer service, Justin as the lead installer, and Michael as his assistant. They installed new flooring in all the rooms of a condo we recently purchased, and their work was outstanding. What truly sets them apart is their exceptional communication throughout the project and their remarkable attention to detail. They even brought to my attention an issue caused by a previous contractor who had just finished a project—something they could have easily ignored but chose to address instead. On top of their professionalism and integrity, their pricing was considerably less than another company we had considered.

I have had a very positive recent experience working with Bill and the folks at Kauai Flooring and Interiors. After more than 20 years, my condo in Princeville desperately needed new carpeting. I found out that the timeshare units in my resort had been successfully using Kauai Flooring and Interiors for refurbishing their units for a number of years. And I was able to visit a few of those timeshare units to see the excellent work that had been done. I contacted Bill and began the process. Everything moved forward like clockwork. The result could not have pleased me more! And I'd especially like to acknowledge the excellent work by Abraham, Josue, and of course Bill. Thank you, Kauai Flooring and Interiors!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kauai Flooring & Interiors to install wood flooring in our condo, and I couldn't be more impressed with their process and the final results. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and attention was unparalell. From Bill managing all details of the process to Bradon and Marcus installing the flooring with expertise and commitment to quality work.

We are so happy with our beautiful new wood flooring. Bill at Kaua’i Flooring worked with us through some challenging issues and got us a solution concerning our condominium’s homeowner’s association requirements for “quiet” flooring. We also had a very short window for the installation to get done, and Bill was able to make it work. As for the installation, Marcus and his co-worker Brendan were absolutely incredible. The quality of their work, as well as their speed and sensitivity to our needs, was remarkable. I cannot say enough good things about them! This company is awesome. Instead of buying all new carpets, I only needed one room. The other carpets were cleaned, and they sent Matt to stretch them and trimmed them. What a fantastic job he did! They look brand new! The last room needed a new carpet. Bill bent over backward to get samples to me over a few days. Honest and ethical. I'm confident that Matt will do the same wonderful job installing them. They have my complete confidence.

Kauai Flooring & Interiors came highly recommended to me and I am so glad I took the recommendation! Doni was wonderful to work with ~ very knowledgeable and accommodating when setting up my order. I had koa acacia vinyl waterproof flooring and baseboards installed in my condo. Kauai Flooring made 2 custom area rugs for me as well. The flooring and baseboards were perfectly installed by Keith, Joseph and Desiree. Not only were they polite and professional, they also managed to complete the job ahead of schedule! I was very impressed and highly recommend Kauai Flooring & Interiors and their amazing staff to anyone in need of new flooring or carpets for their home!

I had such a great experience with Kauai Flooring & Interiors. They are a 5 star facility. Josh was the best with helping me decide on which carpet would best suit my needs. He was patient with me and very knowledgeable. Keith and Dez installed the carpet, and it looks perfect. They were so professional, and were experts when it comes to installing. I checked out other flooring places, before deciding to go with Kauai Flooring, and am so glad I chose them, based on reviews and their island reputation. The prices were just a little bit higher, but it was well worth it. The quality and customer service was excellent. I highly recommend them.

We just replaced the carpet at our condo in Poipu. Doni was very helpful and made time to come to the condo very quickly as our time here was short, she measured and after deciding on the carpet it was installed in a timely manner before we had to leave.
The installation was done so beautifully, Keith & Desiree did a great job and they were very pleasant to work with.

They were easy to work with: the owners, salesperson and installer. Affordable prices. We called to get a quote, stopped by their store, got our condo measured the following day. New flooring in the living room and new carpet in the bedroom replaced in two days. They cleaned up behind them and furniture back in place. Done within a week from start to finish. Kauai Flooring will get our business again. We have already recommended them to a friend!

Wonderful experience with a great bunch of people! Scott in sales helped us find and special order exactly the carpet we were looking for in a timely manner.
